“Being happy is the cornerstone of all that you are! Nothing is more important than that you feel good! And you have absolute and utter control about that because you can choose the thought that makes you worry or the thought that makes you happy; the things that thrill you, or the things that worry you. You have the choice in every moment.” – Abraham Hicks
Of all the tools that we as humans have at our disposal, perhaps one of the most important and powerful is the ability to laugh. Laughter is so important, that we here at visualize materialize look at it as a therapy. Laughter Therapy can relieve stress, anger, sadness, and even hatred faster than anything else in the world. Laughter Therapy is healing to the mind, body and spirit. Laughing can even boost our immune systems!
There is a lot of positive energy involved in laughter because laughter equates with happiness. This energy cleanses and clears away negative energies and tension. A good laugh allows us to stop our mental chatter and just enjoy the moment, if only for a brief moment. In that sense, laughter itself is a form of meditation. Laughter brings people together and bonds them. But more importantly did you know that laughter can boost your universal law of attraction manifestations.
Adding silly, absurd things to your visualizations will help to anchor the desire in your subconscious. And more importantly, positive energy will flow through your body as you do your visualizations. Which will in turn speed up your manifestations. Make sure you do not add anything that is humorous but contrary to your desire. If you’re imagining your dream house for example, it’s best not to imagine that your dream house is falling down.
Learn to develop a sense of humor about life and especially about yourself. The ability to laugh at yourself is enormously beneficial. It can remove embarrassment, minimize a situation in others minds, and take away any stress or emotional discomfort you would otherwise have felt. Laughter can brighten your day, and even brighten your entire world. Laughter therapy truly is the best medicine.
If you just don’t seem to have a great sense of humor, don’t worry! Laughter therapy can be applied through watching comedic movies, reading funny books, or watching stand up comics. Not only will you enjoy the benefits of laughter therapy from each of these, but before you know it, your mind will start to see the humor in even the most mundane of activities. When you can entertain yourself, your life will be more fun.
Make sure you integrate at least a little bit of humor into your life each day especially with your visualizations, and you will enjoy the many benefits that laughter therapy has to offer.
