Law of Attraction Techniques To Release Emotional Baggage

All of us, at one time or another, have dealt with some form of emotional blockage or baggage. Most emotional blocks are the result of some type of crisis or stress in our life. When we feel unable to deal with a crisis, we are swamped by feelings of fear, anger, confusion, anxiety, guilt, and/or inadequacy. We lose our ability to think rationally about our problem and find a logical solution. In turn this hinders us from properly using the law of attraction techniques, for example creative visualization, to manifest what we want.
The following are some useful law of attraction techniques to help you release those emotional blockages and get what you want in life.
One of the simplest and easiest wys to release blockages in your life is to do some deep breathing. We generally take very shallow breaths. Even if you are in a crowded, loud and busy place you can still breathe deeply. To do, inhale, breathe deeply, filling your lungs to the very bottom, and then slowly release through your mouth.
If you spend a few minutes doing this, it will calm you down, make you feel better (perhaps a little dizzy the first time you try – this is normal), help stop your mental chatter and begin bringing emotional blocks to the surface for you to deal with.
Another law of attraction technique to help you release emotional baggage is to clean your car, home and/or office. Or anywhere else you spend a lot of time. Our external environment is reflective of our internal environment. Look around your home. Is it neat? Sloppy? Chances are you have a lot of clutter around your space. Our homes are filled with so many things that we really don’t need or even want. In the same way, our minds are filled with emotional clutter. There are so many bad and depressing thoughts that, for whatever reason, we have not subconsciously let go of.
Another thing, don’t focus on past problems or traumas! You should acknowledge them, forgive the situations or people involved, and release the block. This will free up your energy, giving you more for your daily life and your Law of Attraction work. If you dwell on the bad things in your past, guess what? You’re just attracting them again into your future. This is why clearing out blockages is so important. Get rid of anything negative and depressing. Fill your mind with new, refreshing, interesting and happy thoughts.
Those who have had happy pasts are far more likely to have happy futures. If you are not happy, you are likely clinging to events in the past that made you unhappy. This may not even be a conscious process. In fact, it’s almost surely not conscious or in any way intentional. However, in order to bring happiness into your present and keep happiness in your future, it is important to let go of the past.
It’s up to you to remove your emotional blockages. When you remove these blocks, you create a vacuum in your life that has the ability to suck in quickly whatever you are currently attracting. If you combine blockage release with Law of Attraction exercises, you will release a lot of negative feelings from your life while sucking your desires into manifestation.
If a stone in the road is blocking your path, you will either carry it and put it aside or you will roll it aside. If neither of these options are feasible, you will find a way around the stone. Likewise, some emotional blockages can be removed directly, while others need to be removed by finding away around them.
Deep breathing exercises are an excellent way to rid yourself of unwanted emotional blocks without having to be terribly active in the memory. However you go about it, work to free yourself of from emotional garbage. Any drudgework in the short run will pay incredible dividends in the long run. You won’t regret it. Good luck.
Crucial Law of Attraction Techniques To Bring You What You Want

Did you know that your emotions are the “fuel” that lends power to everything that manifests in your life? So when you experience negative emotions such as fear, anger, jealousy, resentment, hopelessness, pessimism, doubt, frustration etc., you are creating more lack in your life. In order to turn lack into abundance, you have to focus on happy, uplifting and positive emotions such as joy, love, optimism, gratitude etc.
The two law of attraction techniques we are going to teach you will help you bring that positive energy fuel into your life so you can manifest whatever you want into your life including wealth, health, love, and success in abundance. The universe knows no lack.
The first law of attraction technique we call the stop sign technique. As soon as you notice yourself starting to feel stressed or worried about anything immediately picture a giant red stop sign. Then shift your focus onto a positive memory about anything. The memory should make you smile, and if possible laugh out loud. Then engage in a bit of self-talk and say out loud something you are grateful for. For example, “I am so grateful for having such an amazing family that I can always rely on.” You can continue your self talk until your negative feelings pass. Listening to positive, uplifting music helps as well.
Our second law of attraction technique is to begin directing more positive emotions toward whatever you want.
Positive emotions are needed to attract more abundance into your life. One way to do this is using affirmations. Using money as an example, affirm that, “I always have more than enough money for everything I need.” Keep saying the affirmation or affirmations over and over again, allowing yourself to feel confident and happy that your financial needs are being met.
This law of attraction technique is also a good thing to do when you notice you’re starting to feel worried or frightened about something. Immediately turn the focus around and say, “I ALWAYS have more than enough (money) for EVERYTHING I need.” Always say your affirmations with power and conviction in your voice, and really believe that they are so.
As you begin shifting your focus from negative emotions to positive emotions every day, you should start to notice your situation shifting to a better place as well. For people who are looking to change their financial situation around, you might receive an unexpected check in the mail or get a bonus or pay raise at work, or you may even notice you’re starting to receive unexpected gifts or discounts. The universe is creative in bringing you what you want.
Look for signs that your positive attitude and affirmations are working! Continually focus on your positive emotions as often as possible and you’ll keep the good energy flowing – which will keep inspiring greater and greater change in your life.
