Here are some powerful affirmations to help you reduce stress, relax, and lower anxiety.  Examples of what these powerful affirmations are useful for include anything that you are nervous or tense about such as a big speech or a test.  Make sure you do these affirmations to a smile on your face and really feel them working to give them energy and power.

  • “My roots go down to the Earth. I feel safe and happy.”

As you do this affirmation, picture roots coming out of your feet and going down into the Earth.  This will stop your mind from racing and allow you to connect you with the present.  Other examples of powerful affirmation are:
