“Being happy is the cornerstone of all that you are! Nothing is more important than that you feel good! And you have absolute and utter control about that because you can choose the thought that makes you worry or the thought that makes you happy; the things that thrill you, or the things that worry you. You have the choice in every moment.” – Abraham Hicks
Of all the tools that we as humans have at our disposal, perhaps one of the most important and powerful is the ability to laugh. Laughter is so important, that we here at visualize materialize look at it as a therapy. Laughter Therapy can relieve stress, anger, sadness, and even hatred faster than anything else in the world. Laughter Therapy is healing to the mind, body and spirit. Laughing can even boost our immune systems!
There is a lot of positive energy involved in laughter because laughter equates with happiness. This energy cleanses and clears away negative energies and tension. A good laugh allows us to stop our mental chatter and just enjoy the moment, if only for a brief moment. In that sense, laughter itself is a form of meditation. Laughter brings people together and bonds them. But more importantly did you know that laughter can boost your universal law of attraction manifestations.
Adding silly, absurd things to your visualizations will help to anchor the desire in your subconscious. And more importantly, positive energy will flow through your body as you do your visualizations. Which will in turn speed up your manifestations. Make sure you do not add anything that is humorous but contrary to your desire. If you’re imagining your dream house for example, it’s best not to imagine that your dream house is falling down.
Learn to develop a sense of humor about life and especially about yourself. The ability to laugh at yourself is enormously beneficial. It can remove embarrassment, minimize a situation in others minds, and take away any stress or emotional discomfort you would otherwise have felt. Laughter can brighten your day, and even brighten your entire world. Laughter therapy truly is the best medicine.
If you just don’t seem to have a great sense of humor, don’t worry! Laughter therapy can be applied through watching comedic movies, reading funny books, or watching stand up comics. Not only will you enjoy the benefits of laughter therapy from each of these, but before you know it, your mind will start to see the humor in even the most mundane of activities. When you can entertain yourself, your life will be more fun.
Make sure you integrate at least a little bit of humor into your life each day especially with your visualizations, and you will enjoy the many benefits that laughter therapy has to offer.
Speeding Up the Universal Law of Attraction

We live in a society of instant gratification, so it is not surprising that many people wonder how they can speed up the universal law of attraction and accelerate the process.
Of course, as you continue to see the universal law of attraction in action and and successfully manifest what you desire, your trust will increase in the universe, accelerating the process. Let’s look at a few of the other ways you can speed up your manifestations.
Learning to focus your attention is one of the most powerful ways to speed up the universal law of attraction. Try a simple focusing meditation.
Sit in a quiet place, clear your mind and relax. Place your index finger in the center of your forehead between your eyebrows. Get a good feel for the spot and then remove your finger. Now place your attention in the same spot on your forehead where you were touching before. Keep your attention there.
You will notice that the better you get at this, the quieter and clearer your mind will become. This is focusing meditation will allow you to master single focus, or the art of narrowing your mental concentration onto a single point. When your focus is on a single point, there is a lot of energy put into that point. If you learn to direct that focus into your visualizations, you will find that your desires manifest much quicker.
Another method you can use to accelerate your manifestations and the universal law of attraction is to use wasted time during your day to add a little energy to your desire. Anytime where you are chattering away mentally without any real direction is a great time to think about what you are looking to attract instead. Take control of that time!
You don’t have to do any extensive visualizing. Just daydream for a moment about having what you desire. These little spurts of energy added throughout your day will really add up. It’s like having an extra dollar fall into your pocket once every couple of hours. They may seem trivial at the time, but over time they will really add up.
Give these two methods a try. They will definitely shorten the amount of time needed to manifest what you want. Use them in addition to your regular visualization regimens.
The Universal Law of Attraction and Positive Affirmations

To master the universal law of attraction, you have to change your beliefs. You need to make the shift from focusing on lack to focusing on abundance.
Changing your beliefs will take time and effort especially if your beliefs are deeply held. But it can be done. Once you start changing your beliefs just for a few weeks, you will start noticing some big differences in your life. The universal law of attraction attracts whatever you think into your life whether it is of lack or abundance, so constantly think and believe abundant thoughts. Our thoughts may include abundance about our finances, personal health, relationships and opportunities.
The easiest way to recondition your old beliefs is though repeated repetition of new beliefs. You have probably had unconscious experience with this technique. A positive example is when a sports coach uses pep talks to repeatedly tell the players that they are winners. A negative example is when a person repeatedly tells us we are no good. If we say or hear it often enough, we begin to believe it is true and the universal law of attraction will too.
You can use this same technique to consciously change your negative beliefs to positive beliefs, thereby changing your life. We recommend doing daily positive affirmations to really help you attract what you want into your life.
The wording of the positive affirmations should be a positively-stated sentence of about three to six words. Long sentences become cumbersome and difficult to repeat. Negatively-stated sentences using the word “not” should be used only if it is impossible to state the desired new belief in a positive way.
Sample positive affirmations:
- “I am a good person.”
- “God loves me.”
- “I have lots of money coming to me.”
- “I love myself.”
- “I am worthy.”
- “I am healthy.”
Feel free to experiment with different wording of the positive affirmations. Try saying the new positive affirmation out loud and feel if it resonates with your soul. Trial and error is sometimes the only way to find the best wording to express the essence of a new belief.
